We do not hold features hostage to a higher tier. A free account and a €2,000-a-month account run the exact same elvix. The meter is the only difference.

A unique person who signs in to your app, or holds an active session on it, during a calendar month. One person across three of your apps counts once. Your own team testing never counts.
Publishing is free and your users can already sign in, rate-limited. Going live lifts the rate limit. Neither one bills you. You pay only the month you cross 1,000 active users.
We never switch off sign-in. Cross your free grant and the extra users appear on the next invoice at €0.02 each. No hard cap, no tier you get bounced into.
The €0.02 you sign at holds for a year. If the public price drops you get the drop; if it rises you keep yours.
You get a volume rate below €0.02, SEPA invoicing alongside card, a countersigned DPA for your records, and a priority support channel. One conversation, no sales theatre.

Yes. The first 1,000 monthly active users are free every single month, not a trial. A small app that never crosses 1,000 users pays nothing, forever, and runs the full product.

No. Going live only lifts the rate limit on sign-in. Billing is purely the MAU meter, so a live app with 300 users pays nothing. You pay the first month you cross 1,000 active users.
No. The meter is per workspace. Every app in your workspace shares the 1,000 free MAU, and a person who uses several of your apps counts once.
Nothing visible to your users. Sign-in keeps working, we email you, and every user above 1,000 is €0.02 on the next invoice. There is no hard cap and no tier jump.
