Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in this respect arises only from the point of knowledge of a specific infringement. On becoming aware of such infringements we will remove the content promptly.
Liability for links
Our pages may link to external websites over whose content we have no control. We accept no liability for that third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not recognisable. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. On becoming aware of infringements we will remove such links promptly.

Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was wound down on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) 524/2013. Any reference to the former platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr is therefore obsolete. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of § 36 of the German Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG).
